How to uninstall Avada FAQs, Helpdesk, Chats?

In this article, we will guide you how to uninstall Avada FAQs, Helpdesk, Chats correctly from your store.

Step 1: Remove the app from Shopify app library:

From Shopify Settings > select Apps and Sales channels > click on Remove at Avada FAQs, Helpdesk, Chats > choose a Reason for deleting > Delete

Step 2: Remove FAQ page:

Access Pages > select Frequently Asked Questions > Actions > Delete pages

Step 3: Remove app's code:

From Themes > Edit code at Current theme > delete the code as highlighted in the screenshot:

Step 4: Remove file avada-faqs-app.liquid:

Also at Edit code > search for avada-faqs-app.liquid > remove the file
