How to create a workflow between Joy Loyalty and Okendo?

Okendo is a customer marketing platform that helps brands build trust and drive conversions with authentic customer ratings, reviews, visual UGC, Q&A, and NPS.

How can you benefit from this workflow?

By creating a workflow between Joy Loyalty and Okendo, you can easily display reviews and star ratings on social media and search engines.

Once your customer successfully creates their reviews on Okendo, the corresponding points will be added to their account in Joy Loyalty Program.

How to create a workflow between Joy Loyalty and Okendo?

Before creating a workflow, make sure your account in Joy Loyalty is integrated with Shopify Flow. You can read our integration guide Here.

Step 1: Access Shopify Flow and create a new workflow

Step 2: Select a trigger > Select Okendo: Product Reviews & UGC > Select Okendo Review Created to create a workflow when a review is created in Okendo.

Step 3: Select Action > Select Joy Loyalty Program > Select Add point to add approved points to a customer.

Step 4: Fill in the below information for the Add point section

  • Points to give
  • Reason
  • Email address of the customer to add points to

Step 5: Click Turn on workflow in the top right corner

Once your customer completes creating their reviews on Okendo, the corresponding points will be added to their account in Joy Loyalty Program.
