How to set up VIP Tier

This article will give you a detailed instruction on how to configure VIP memership program.

First, click on Edit icon to edit each tier's rules.

Or you can add more tiers by click on Add tier.

• Tier name: enter the tier's name.
• Icon: select or upload your own icons.
• Milestone to achieve: enter the number of points or money that customers should have to reach the tier. Regarding Bronze level, the default requirement will be 0 points and is not adjustable.
• Achieved reward: reward for customers after reaching VIP level. Customers can only use the coupon 1 time after joining the tiers.

Click on Add rewards at Entry Rewards to select the rewards you want.

1. Discount amount: Customers will receive a discount of a fixed amount which can only be used once and is only valid for that 1 customer.

• Program name: enter the program's name.
• Customers earn discount: enter the discount amount.
• Minimum order requirement: select conditions to apply the discount:
  • None: Discount applied to all orders.
  • Minimum purchase amount: Enter the minimum value that the order needs to reach to be able to use the discount.

2. Discount percentage: Customers will receive a certain X% discount code which can only be used once and is valid for only 1 customer.

• Program name: enter the program's name.
• Customers earn discount: enter the discount amount.
• Minimum order requirement: select conditions to apply the discount:
  • None: Discount applied to all orders.
  • Minimum purchase amount: Enter the minimum value that the order needs to reach to be able to use the discount.

3. Free Shipping: customers will receive free shipping discount code for their orders.

• Program name: enter the program's name.
• Exclude shipping rates over a certain amount: if enabled, coupon code will be applied for order amount over or equal with the setup value.

4. Free product: customers will receive discount as a coupon code for a particular product.

• Program name: enter the program's name.
• Rewarded product: Click Browse or enter keywords on the searching bar to select the product to apply the Free product bonus. You can only choose 1 product for 1 program.

• Discount value: Enter the discount you want to apply to the selected product bonus. The maximum value you can enter is equal to the original price of that product.

5. Bonus point: customers will receive discount as bonus points.

• Program name: enter the program's name.
• Point reward: enter the number of points given to customers.

Order placed reward: if enabled, customers will be added a specific number of points according to the established Spending unit and Earning ratio. For example, if Spending unit is 1$ and Earning is 10 points, customers will get 50 points once placing a $5 order.

Finally, hit Save to apply the settings.
