How to configure Redirect 404 pages?

SEO Suite supports to redirect all 404 pages and broken links to a targetign URL that you want. This help reduce the bad customer experience on your shop.

Step 1: Enable the function​

To start using this feature, you need to enable it. Please click on toggle button

Step 2: Configure settings​

404 page redirection helps to redirect customers to target pages if they visit specific pages in your rules. Here is how you can setup the rules

  • Add redirect: Click on this button to create redirect rules

  • Redirect from: Enter the page URL that you want to redirect your visitors from it to another page

  • Target: Choose target type and

  • Click on Add button to finish the settings

  • You can also edit or delete the rules you created

Step 3: Check report​

In Redirect Report, you can quickly find the list of 404 pages that customers visited.

As you fixed the pages in your Shopify admin, please click on Mark as fixed to remove the page from Report

If any rule does not serve your target really well, you can update the rule here
