Introduction

Widget is popup on your website includes sections to track order, contact and question list.This is how a widget looks like on your website.

1. General

  • Turn on/off: Click Turn on/ off to show/hide widget on your website

1.1. Preset

There are 6 themes available for your store. You can customize color in general appearance.

1.2. General appearance

  • Heading: For your title, it might be a warm welcome to your customers
  • Description: Short description
  • Background color of Widget header: Background color of the header
  • Text color of Widget header: Text color of the header
  • Text color of Widget body: Text color of body

1.3. Widget button

  • Launcher: This is how your popup looks like before users click on
  • Button icon: You can use your own icon and we can not set up your image color to match with the button background color or label color.
  • Label: if you select option include label at Launcher
  • Button background color: Background color of the floating button
  • Label color: Color of the text label
  • Button size: Size of button widget: Small, Medium and Large
  • Alignment: Where your widget button is placed on your website: Bottom left and Bottom right.

1.4. Widget style

  • Widget display style: No navigation or Show navigation. Navigation is a tab below the widget that helps your users easily navigate and find information.
  • Mobile widget ratio: Choose the size of your widget in your phone screen. There’re 3 options: Full-screen, 90% and 80%.

1.5. Blocks

Contact us

This helps you connect with your customer in the contact section. Fill in your contact information and a link directed to your account will be automatically generated in the contact section. We support these contact methods:

  • WhatsApp
  • Messenger
  • Phone Call
  • Email
  • Instagram
  • Telegram
  • Wechat
  • Skype
  • Line

Note: if you want to show/hide any contact method, click Active/Inactive

Order tracking

  • Turning on the toggle to enable section Order Tracking in widget
  • If you can use app 17TRACK or your own third-party order tracking app

Articles/Featured Questions

Articles in the widget is list of all the featured questions.

Categories/Featured Categories

This includes all featured categories.

Note: If there’s no featured category, this section will show 3 default categories in the list.

1.6. Advanced settings

  • Theme text font: Store’s theme font is recommended to keep your website consistent. Change in font will not be applied to Heading and Description.
  • Heading font: Font applied to Welcome Text and Description.
  • Custom CSS: This helps you to customize your widget.
  • Chat now: Contact our customer support team.

2. Welcome popup

Welcome popup goes along with your widget button. This is how it looks on your website.

Click Turn on/ Turn off to show/hide Welcome popup.

2.1. General appearance

  • Title: Title of Welcome popup. It often comes with a warm welcome.
  • Message: Message under the title of welcome popup.
  • Popup color
    • Background color: Background color of the popup.
    • Text color: Text color of the popup.
  • Show welcome popup on: Select devices to show welcome popup. We support on Desktop & Mobile.

2.2. Advanced setting

  • Title font: Store’s theme font is recommended to keep your website consistent.
  • Message font: Store’s theme font is recommended to keep your website consistent.
  • Display time: This is only for users who turn on chat availability
    • All time
    • During Business hour

3. Chat availability

This helps you show your availability to chat with your customers on the website.

3.1. Working hour

This helps you to set up working hours for your store. Online time will be automatically synced with working hours.

  • 24 hours / 7 days: this means you’re always online on your website.
  • Custom time: You can set up your own online time in a week.

3.2. Break time

Breaktime is time during the online time you want to be offline. For example:m the lunch time every day.

3.3. Holiday

This helps you to set up offline time for your chat during a holiday.

  • Add holiday: click Add holiday → Fill in Holiday name, Date → Save.

  • Delete holiday: click Delete icon

3.4. Time zone

Time zone will be automatically synced with the timezone yoursetup for yout Shopify store. Still you can change the timezone.

Click Save to save all your settings.
