FAQ page

To have an FAQ page displayed on your website, you need to turn it on first.

Get access to Avada Helpdesk & FAQ, Click FAQ page → Turn on in tab FAQs page.

Setting

Step 1: Select preset

There’re 3 available options for you to set up the theme of your page.

Step 2: Edit Header Style

  • Heading: Title of FAQ page
  • Heading Color: Color applied to title of FAQ page
  • Description: Short description of FAQ page
  • Description Color: Color applied to short description of FAQ page
  • Font family: Font applied to header and description. We recommend the same font on your theme (STORE THEME’S FONT) to keep your website consistent.

Step 3: Edit Style

This style is applied to the Questions section.

  • Heading Color: Color applied to title of Categories
  • Question text color: Color applied to questions
  • Question background color: Color applied to background of questions
  • Answer text color: Color applied to answer
  • Answer background color: Color applied to background answer
  • Q&A Font: Chọn phông chữ cho category và question, bạn có thể tùy chọn với font có sẵn tại app hoặc chọn từ danh sách font trên theme store của bạn.

Step 4: Custom CSS

Custom CSS helps you to have a custom FAQ page on your page. This required knowledge of coding. If you need any help, contact us through live chat in the app.
