How to configure Translation section?

Translation function allows you to translate your template labels and PDF document into your languages.​

1/ Send PDF Document with Language at Billing Address:​

  • Click Toggle button to enable/disable PDF Document Language by Billing Address

  • When PDF Document Language is active, the language used for invoice order in the frontend and PDF document file which will be sent to customer email will be detected by Billing Address

  • When PDF Document Language is disabled, the language for invoice order will be the default language set by store

2/ Use Email Language at Billing AddressAttention​

  • Click Toggle button to turn on/turn off Email Language by Billing Address

  • When you turn on this function, the content of Automation Email will be automatically translated into the default language set by store

  • When you turn off this function, the content of Automation Email will be the selected language from Email Language

3/ Download PDF Document with Language at Billing Address​

  • Click Toggle button to turn on/turn off Download PDF Document with Language at Billing Address

  • When you turn on this function, the content of Downloaded PDF Document will be automatically translated into the default language set by Billing Address

  • When you turn off this function, the content of Downloaded PDF Document will be the selected language from Email Language

PRIMARY LANGUAGE:​

  • Choose the language, view, changes the display in the templates

  • Edit the template labels in the field below: General, Invoice, Quote, Packing slip, Refund, Order, Email.

  • If you are not sure how to correct the labels into the selected language, please keep it as default because we have translated them for you.
