Avada Upsell on Shopify - New Update Version?

Welcome to Avada Upsell on Shopify! This user guide will walk you through the steps to make the most of our new update version and effectively implement upsell funnels for your products. We've designed the process to be easy and user-friendly, so let's get started:

Important Note: Upgrading to the newest version will reset all your existing campaigns, and you will need to set them up again after the update. Please ensure to save any campaign data you wish to retain before proceeding with the upgrade.

Step 1: Confirm to upgrade to the new version

Step 2: Accessing the Funnels Menu

To begin, navigate to the Funnels button in the main menu and click on it.

Step 3: Creating a New Funnel

Once you're on the Funnels page, locate and click the "New Funnel" button to set up a new funnel.

Step 4: Funnel Templates and Customization

We've prepared two funnel templates for you: the "Easy Cross-Sell Funnel" and the "Easy Post-Purchase Funnel." Additionally, we have many upcoming funnel templates for you to explore. If you prefer, you can create your own custom funnel.

Step 5: Preparing for Product Upsell Funnel

Before setting up a product upsell funnel, make sure to have the necessary details, such as the funnel's name and discount settings, ready.

Step 6: Adding an Offer

Once you're inside the funnel setup, look for the "Add Offer" button. Click on it to start creating your compelling offer. You'll have two options to choose from:

Pop-up Offer: This option will display your offer in a visually appealing pop-up for customers to see. Inline Offer: Choose this option if you prefer to seamlessly integrate your offer within the page content for a smoother user experience.

Step 7: Creating Upsell or Cross-Sell Popup

You have four options to choose from when creating an upsell or cross-sell popup:

  1. Product Page
  2. Cart Page
  3. Post-Purchase
  4. Thank You Page (coming soon)

Step 8: Offer Configuration

Select the product you want to offer, set the offer type (upsell or cross-sell), and choose whether you want to handle the process manually or set it on autopilot. Lastly, give your offer a compelling and engaging title.

Step 9: Setting Up Multiple Offers (if needed)

You have the option to set up additional offers based on your customers' responses to the initial offer. Utilize the "start conditions" to design your own strategy for these follow-up offers.

Step: Monitoring Performance and Optimization

Finally, keep track of your sales and reports in one convenient page. This allows you to identify which offers are performing well and which ones need improvement. Optimize your campaigns accordingly to maximize revenue.
