How to create a workflow between Joy Loyalty and Stamped?

Stamped is a smart solution to help you build and collect customer reviews with product images and videos.

To create a workflow between Joy Loyalty and Stamped, you can easily display reviews and star ratings on your store.

After customers leave their reviews on Stamped, the corresponding scores will be added to their account in the Joy Loyalty program.

Before starting a workflow, please ensure Joy Loyalty is already integrated with Shopify Flow. You can follow the guideline here.

Step 1: Active Joy - Stamped integration

Step 2: Access Shopify Flow and press Create workflow.

Step 3: To create a workflow for a product on your site, Select a trigger > Stamped Product Reviews & UGC > New review.

Step 4: Click Action > Joy Loyalty Program > Add Point to give customers reward points.

Step 5: Fill in the information below in the Add point section:

Step 6: Click Turn on workflow at the top right corner.

Once your shoppers successfully create a review on Stamped, the corresponding points will be added to their account in Joy Loyalty Program.
