How to send Notifications automatically?
How to Enable Notifications
From Joy app, select Notifications > Enable to use this feature. Notifications allow you to send emails to customers whenever they receive or redeem their reward points.
Configure notifications for Earn Points
- Enable to send emails when customers receive reward points. Click the edit icon to edit the email content.
- Settings: Enter the information into Subject, Content, Action Text and upload photos at Logo.
At Preview, you can preview the content of the email when editing.
All available variables: the variables will generate the according information of your store or customers
{{shop_name}}: your shop name
{{earning_points}}: number of points customers receive
{{earning_program}}: program's name
{{customer_name}}: customer's name
{{customer_email}}: customer's email
- Click Send test > Enter email address > Send > email is sent to the entered address you enter. You can review the email sample before going live.
Configure notifications for Redeem Points
- Enable to send email to customers when they redeem points successfully. Click the edit icon to edit the email content.
- Settings: Enter the information into Subject, Content, Action Text and upload photos at Logo.
Footer description: Enter footer's content.
Unsubscribe text: Enter Unsubscribe message.
At Preview, you can preview the content of the email when editing.

Enable to send emails to customers who have made purchases in POS and redeemed rewards points for coupons.
Click on the Edit icon to change the email content.
Settings: Enter the information into Subject, Content, and Action Text. Then, upload an image to Logo.

- Enable to send emails after customers click on the referral link and fill in the email to get coupons.

- Enable to send email notification when customers join the tier programs. To edit the email, click on Edit icon:
Settings: Enter Subject, Content, Action text, Progression text, Next tier description text and upload the store's Logo. You can also preview email's content while editing.
Available variables: the variables will generate the according information of your store or customers.
