How to view customers' activities

This documentation aims to guide you on how to view the list of customers’ activities when there are changes in point amounts and customers who join reward programs via referral links.

Click Reward Programs on the left menu > Activities to view this page.

  • Points rewards: show information of customers who join Referrals programs (including earning-point action, date of this action, and minus/plus points)

  • Referrals: show information and status of referees (which steps of referral programs they are on and the amount referrers earns from their first orders).

  • View all referrals activities: click to see customers’ activities.

  • Cancel referral button: At Referrals > click View all referrals activities > move the mouse to a customer you want to cancel the referral.

    • Customers are on Pending status: after the referral is canceled, the discount codes for referees will be voided and can’t be used. The referrers will not get other refer codes from their friends.

    • Customers are on Complete status: after the referral is canceled, the discount codes for referees will be voided.

Note: The status is completed once referrers send the referral links. After that, referees click on those links, enter their valid email, get coupons, and place orders. In the meanwhile, referrers will get rewards for successful referrals.

  • Button Filter: Click the Filte button to filter programs based on: All, Earned, Redeemed, Refunded, Expired.

Click on the program link you want to change the information.

You can also filter programs by time: You can filter the time by date range to view program information at different times by clicking the Calendar button > selecting Date range > Apply.
